Monoma and Municipality Amersfoort inspire with "Het Plot"
"Where do you find a resident like Steven?" "How do you handle rental arrears?" "Which subsidy scheme have you utilized?"
Just a few questions that representatives from various municipalities and housing corporations were eager to find answers to during the joint knowledge session of Monoma and Municipality Amersfoort at WoCoDa 2024 in Amsterdam. A knowledge session in which both parties shared the challenges, lessons learned, and successes of "Het Plot", a transformation project converting a vacant office building into temporary housing.
WoCoDa, a day focused on housing solutions for municipalities and housing corporations, brings together governments, market participants, and housing corporations to promote collaboration. Monoma was not only present as an exhibitor to provide explanations about our housing solutions but also, along with Municipality Amersfoort, had the opportunity to organize one of the knowledge sessions to inspire the visitors.
